kept Governors' IL Moran Camp small and intimate,

range safari. IL Moran is widely regarded as the
premiere camp in the Masai Mara.
Hidden under ancient trees, deep in the forest,
are just 10 tents. They line the winding banks of
the Mara River. You'll be the personal guest of
our manager, who'll look after all your needs.

very centre of the famous 'Mara Triangle' of the
world renowned Masai Mara National Reserve, the
Mara Serena Safari Lodge is the ultimate safari

The Royal Mara Safari Lodge is situated directly
on the wildebeest "Great Migration" route, near
the two world famous wildebeest migration Mara
River crossing points and near Leopard Gorge, all
made internationally known by the BBC's Big Cat
Diary television program. Our tented lodge and
camp is located on the popular Hippo Bend Lagoon
of the Mara River, amongst several elephant,
buffalo and giraffe herds, and with close
proximity to several lion prides, including the
"Maternity", Musiara Marsh, "Aitong", and Ridge
prides. Given the position of our camp in the
richest game section of the Masai Mara, the
Western Masai Mara, our camp guests are in the
best location to most readily discover the Big
Five mammals.

Mara Rekero Camp
Amidst the teeming mass of wildlife in the Masai
Mara area, Rekero's tented camp is currently
inside the Masai Mara Game reserve, very close to
the confluence of the Mara and Talek rivers. This
seasonal Eco-camp is ideally situated for the
annual migration, which is the movement of over
one million wildebeest and two hundred thousand
zebra from the Serengeti through the Masai Mara in
Kenya.

Africa, like a safari in Kenya's richest game
reserve, the Maasai Mara. Among the various Mara
lodges, Sarova Mara Game Camp offers front seats
to nature's most breathtaking show - the
wildebeest migration. The endless plains of East
Africa are the setting for the world's greatest
wildlife spectacle where, from the vast Serengeti
plains to the champagne colored hills of Kenya's
Maasai Mara, over 1.4 million wildebeest and
200,000 zebra and gazelle, relentlessly tracked by
Africa's great predators, migrate in a clockwise
fashion over 1,800 miles each year in search of
rain ripened grass. Sarova Mara Game Camp is well
positioned to enjoy this unique phenomenon. The
rolling plains around the tented Camp are teeming
with wildebeest, gazelles and zebras, during the
migration months and the Camp is situated right in
the center of their migration path.
